Frances Anne (Rogers) Williams was born on September 10, 1946 in Wasco, Ca to parents Bennie Rogers and Doris (Bybee) Rogers. Her passion was devoting her time to Jesus and assisting at church. Frances loved everyone, especially her grandchildren and great- grandchildren, who meant the world to her. Frances entered eternal life on March 16, 2017 at home surrounded by her beloved family. Frances is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Navarro; son, Bennie Williams; grandchildren, Leann, Marcus, Savannah, Felicia, Alex, Adrian, David, Rebeckah, Jacob, Timmy, Rhiannon, Bennie; Great- grandchildren, Riley, Masen, Owen, King David, Mia Jeannette, Vanessa, Kadin, Tieton, Lilah, Ethen, Colin, Addison, Miley, Kaeleb. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bennie and Doris Rogers; daughter, Tina Williams; son, Billy Williams; great- granddaughter, Zaylin; brother, Bennie Rogers. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 2pm at Wasco Memorial Park.
