Frances Early was born April 2, 1943 in Corvallis, Oregon, to parents, Joe and Ola Shaffer.  She married Jack Early Sr. and the couple were blessed with 3 children, Jack Jr., Leroy and Lavonda.  Jack Sr. passed away in 2008 and Jack Jr. passed in 2022.  Frances is survived by her children; Leroy Early of Bakersfield, and Lavonda and her husband Troy Carter, of Bakersfield; along with grandchildren, Zackary Mitchell, Sebastian Mitchell, Clarice Mitchell and her fiance, Tan Tran, and Skylar Carter.  Frances passed away March 29, 2023, in Bakersfield, California.  Private interment was held at April 5, 2023 at Shafter Memorial Park.
