Ms. Florence Marshall, 97 Homemaker Ms. Florence Marshall, a native of California of 97 years, a 44-year resident of Yucca Valley and 29 Palms, Calif., died on December 13, 2009 at home of cancer. She was 97 years old. She was born on October 02, 1912 to Ray Johnson and Aldena B. Miller in Sacramento, Calif. Florence Marshall was married for 48 years to Lewis B. Marshall, who preceded her in death. Ms. Marshall is survived daughters Linda Chantelois of Joshua Tree, Calif., and Sandie Nevel of Hillsdale, WY; along with 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker her whole life, who also loved sewing, refinishing furniture, and gardening.
