Federico was born on October 31, 1942 to Estevan and Aurora Garcia. He was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico to a big family. Federico married the love of his life Maria Angel Garcia and together they had 7 beautiful children. On July 21, 2016, Federico passed away surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife Maria Angel Garcia; sons, Rigoberto (Emelina) Garcia, Alfredo (Sofia) Garcia, Federico (Jessica) Garcia Jr., and Jose Luis (Lorena) Garcia; daughters, Lucila (Alvaro) Garcia Lopez and Leticia (Anthony) Garcia Macias; brothers, Fidel Garcia, David Garcia, and Isidro Garcia; sisters; Maria Garcia, Avelina Garcia, and Elena Garcia; 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son; Silvestre Garcia; parents; Estevan and Aurora Garcia; siblings; Elias Garcia, Adelaida Garcia, and Aurora Garcia. A Mass of Christian Burial was officiated by Father Jorge De La Torre on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 12 pm at St. Thomas's Catholic Church preceded by visitation at Arvin Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 27, 2016.
