Obituary: Evelyn Dominguez

Antoinette Evelyn Dominguez, known as Evelyn to those close to her.

Born ~ Antoinette Evelyn Marquez~ on June 24, 1923, in El Reno, Oklahoma.

She entered eternity on November 30, 2023.

Evelyn lived the first portion of her life in Oklahoma. She moved to Arvin, California. In 1952 with her husband: John and their children.

She enjoyed 100 years of life. She was an excellent cook, avid baker and was an excellent neighbor, a great and loyal friend to all who knew her!

She was very well known for her famous 'peach cobbler'.

*Top and foremost, she was a prayer warrior, who never stopped believing for the salvation of her children and grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, John.

Her sons: Andrew and Ronald.

Son-in-law: George Lozano.

Grandson: Georgie Lozano.

Granddaughter: Shanell Contreras.

Great-great grandson: Matthew Elias McClinton.

She is survived by son: Pete Dominguez and spouse, Annette.

Daughter: Connie Lozano

Daughter: Cathy Contreras and spouse, Jose

Son: Larry Dominguez and spouse, Rafaela

Daughter-in-law: Julie Dominguez

Son: Mark Dominguez and spouse, Irene

* Evelyn had numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and even a few great-great grandchildren

* Celebration of life services will be Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023, at 10 AM.

* Location: Peter's Mortuary, 600 Tucker, Arvin, CA.

**She will be laid to rest at Arvin Cemetery**
