Esther Aguirre was born in Pennsylvania on September 8, 1913 to Adam Mowen and Helen (Smith) Mowen. She married Ruben Aguirre on April 7, 1947 in Texas. She was a resident of Arvin for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ruben Aguirre and she is survived by her son, Bill, 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and her sister Beverly. A memorial A A Memorial Service was held on Monday, November 26, 2013 at 5pm at Arvin Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses for Esther Aguirre, age 100, of Arvin, who passed away on November 18, 2013 in Arvin, California. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 10am at South Kern Cemetery District.
