Estela Garcia Molina went to be with the lord on November 2, 2021 She died peacefully at home in Bakersfield, California at the age of 101. Estela was born May 2, 1920 in El Refugio, Texas to Eulogio Garcia and Francisca Constancia-Garcia. She married Celestino Molina in 1944. The Molina family moved to the Lamont/Arvin area in 1960. Estela enjoyed gardening, quilting and cooking wonderful meals for her family. She loved traveling back home to Texas to visit with family. Estela will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and love of music. She will be missed by her family who loved her dearly. Estela was preceded in death by her husband Celestino, daughter Amelia, son Adolfo and son-in-law Manuel Dominguez. Estella is survived by her daughters Rosalinda Combs (Michael), Gisela Dominguez, her five grandchildren Michael Combs (Charlene), Jayme Gillenwater (Rick), Jessica Weller (Mike), Steven Dominguez (Dena), Carlos Rochin (Patti) and her seven great grandchildren Kale and Jace Gillenwater, Mikayla and Maylee Weller, Nathan and Gabriel Dominguez, and Orion Rochin of Bakersfield, California. The family would like to extend it's sincere appreciation to her caregiver and loyal friend Lila Aragon. A Graveside Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday November 9th at 10:30 am at South Kern Cemetery.
