Eneida Rivera Velasco was born in Lazaro Cardenas, Michocan, Mexico to David Rivera Guzman and Maria Gomez. Eneida was a wonderful person whose greatest joy was being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Being a grandma to her 3 month old grandbaby, was one of the best things that ever happened to her. She was a cheerful person who loved waking her children with loud music and jovial singing. Sometimes Eneida was emotional, but she never held a grudge against anyone. She had a strong and humorous personality that was necessary for keeping her family together. Eneida enjoyed using bad words to express herself, mostly while taking shots of tequila. There was many times, where she covered for her children, especially Maggie. Eneida made sure Maggie made it home safe past her curfew without her father knowing. Eneida was also a great sister who took pleasure in having lengthy conversations with her sisters . They were an unstoppable trio when Esther, Edith and Eneida were together. One of her dreams was to be reunited with all her siblings and father one last time. Unfortunately, Eneida passed away before they can come together. She was a one of a kind wife, mother, grandmother, sister, babysitter, and friend to many. Eneida will be missed and loved by everyone who knew her. Eneida is survived by her husband, Jose RodrigoVelasco; sons, Jose Rodrigo Velasco Jr. (Elvira Munoz), Saul Velasco; daughters, Margarita Rivera Velasco, Isaura Beverly Velasco; parents, David Rivera Guzman and Maria Gomez; sisters, Lucina Guzman, Lupe Rivera Gomez, Edith Rivera ( Lionel Zozaya), Miriam Rivera, Esther Rivera (Oved Garcia), Nancy Rivera, Geneva Rivera, Alondra Rivera; brothers, David Rivera, Javier Rivera, Andres Rivera, Angel Rivera, Pedro Rivera, Mitchell Rivera; grandchild, Adrain Jayce Velasco; family friends, Maria Garza (Victor Fonseca), and Azusena Pacheco. She is preceded in death by mother-in- law, Margarita Amaral; brother-in-laws, Gamaliel Velasco and Ramon Velasco. Ella era una persona alegre que amaba a despertar a sus hijos con música a todo volumen y canto jovial. A veces Eneida era emocional, pero ella nunca llevó a cabo un resentimiento contra alguien. Ella tenía una personalidad fuerte y divertida que era necesaria para mantener su familia unida. Eneida disfrutaba utilizar malas palabras para expresarse, sobre todo mientras tomaba shots de tequila. Hubo muchas veces donde ella cubrió a sus hijos, especialmente de Maggie. Eneida se aseguraba que Maggie llegara a casa segura pasada del toque de queda sin que su padre se enterara. Eneida fue también una gran hermana que tomó placer en tener largas conversaciones con sus hermanas. Eran un trío imparable cuando Esther, Edith y Eneida estaban juntas. Uno de sus sueños fue a reunirse con sus hermanos y padre una última vez. Desafortunadamente, Eneida falleció antes de que pudieron venir juntos. Ella era de una buena esposa, madre, abuela, hermana, Niñera y amiga a muchos. Eneida va ser amada y extrañada por todos los que la conocían.
