Elzie Ray Norris was born on February 2, 1951 to Izril and Venita Norris. He was born and raised in California where he graduated with a High School Diploma. Elzie work in the Petroleum Industry here in Bakersfield. He had two beautiful children Traci Zard and Kreg Norris. On March 13, 2016, Elzie passed away. Family has requested no services at this time.
