Elwanda D. Knox September 3, 1929 – July 6, 2018 Elwanda Knox was born September 3, 1929 in Paducah, Texas to Howard and Annie Mayo. She passed away peacefully on July 6, 2018 in Bakersfield, California. She is survived by her Children; Ken and wife Sandy Knox, Daughter Karen and husband Art Fisher; Grandchildren, Chad Knox (Tiffany), Jennifer Hastings (Dan), Jeff Fisher (Karla); Great grandchildren, Madisyn, Tyler, Preston, Troy, Ella, Addison, Nate, Cole and Jeremiah; 2 sisters, Laura Bailey and Jean Vizzard. She was a missionary and pastor's wife for over 50 years with the Church of the Nazarene. She was a long time Wasco resident and longtime member of Wasco Church of the Nazarene and Olive Knolls Church of the Nazarene.
