Elsie Schneider of Shafter passed away July 16, 2010 at the age of 83. She was born August 11, 1926 in Indiahoma, Oklahoma to Roy and Ethel(Dethloff) Pitts. Elsie had worked as a secretary for many years in the plumbing and air conditioning business. She is survived by her son Terry and Rhonda Schneider of Visalia, Daughters Loretta and Benjamin Robinson of Napa Valley and Jeanette and Ken Schmidt of San Bernadino. Sister Charlotte Brown and her husband Ted of Nipomo. She was predeceased by her husband Harold and Brothers Gamalia, Leon , J.W. and Roy Kenneth Pitts. A funeral Service was held on July 20, 2010 at Peters Funeral Home with interment at Shafter Memorial Park
