Elizabeth Fern Davis born March 1, 1943. Passed away on December 3, 2018. Elizabeth graduated from Shafter High and worked in Shafter most of her life. Elizabeth was a hard worker and provider for her family who loved her family especially her grandchildren who will deeply miss their beloved Mimi. Elizabeth is preceded in death by both her parents, Maggie and James Williford; her siblings, Arthur, Edna, and Helen; first husband Charles H. Jones (1966) and late husband Thomas E. Davis (2003). Liz has left behind three children; Kenneth (Susan) Jones, Kathy (Robert) Couch, and Kellie (Ronald) Couch; six grandsons, Aryn, Jason (Sarah), Justin, Travis, Jeremy, and Jarrett; four great- grandchildren, Kekoa Au, Keahi Au, Kassidy Couch, and Karleigh Couch. A graveside service will be officiated by Pastor Gary Long on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 10am at Shafter Memorial Park.
