Elijah Carlos Sandoval-De-Leon was born in Bakersfield to Carlos DeLeon and Frances Sandoval on April 11, 2007. He is survived by his parents, Carlos and Frances; brothers, Carlos Chris Campos and J. J. Sandoval; sister, Natalie DeLeon; grandparents, Josefina and Hank Blair, and Sandra Sandoval. A graveside service was directed by Peters Funeral Home for Elijah Carlos Sandoval-De-Leon, infant, who passed away on April 11, 2007, at Shafter Memorial Park. Pastor Gene Lawrence of the Shafter Christian Fellowship Church officiated at the service.
