Edna passed away on Thursday, Oct 18, 2018 at Kingston Health Care Center in Bakersfield. She was born on Jun 28, 1925 in New Boston, Texas to Eric and Natha McCright. She was an active member of Griffith Avenue Baptist Church in Wasco. She is survived by her Son, Charles Burns (Judy) of Shafter, CA, Frances Hanson (Dean) of Plano, Texas, Curtis Weldon Burns(Debi) of Wasco, CA, James Burns (LaVina) of Buckeye, Arizona, Betty Burns (Rocky Clark) of Wasco, CA and Ronald Burns (Tammy) of Wasco, CA. 20 Grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. sister, Wilma Pallard and brother, Boyd McCright. She is preceded on death by her loving husband of 50 years, Curtis Burns.
