Dulce Flor Ortiz was born in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico on August 9, 1997 to Margarito Ortiz and Aurelia (Quintero) Ortiz. She had full confidence in the resurrection as promised in scripture; Acts 24:15. We Hope to see her in paradise Jehovah has promised us. Dulce Flor Ortiz is survived by her parents, Margarito and Aurelia Ortiz; brothers and sisters; Jose, Lucila, Mireya, Martin, Anabel, Micaela y Carlos. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to all the brothers and friends who gave us their support and love during this difficult time. Proverbs 18:24 A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 7pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses in Wasco for Dulce Flor Ortiz Quintero, age 14, of Wasco, who passed away on June 15, 2012 in Wasco. Gilberto Hernandez, Jr. will officiate the service.
