Dorothy V. Camargo Gunning June 15, 1926 - Aug. 30, 2006 Gunning, Dorothy V. Camargo, of Mesa, Arizona passed away August 30, 2006. Dorothy was born June 15, 1926, in Wasco, California. The last 20 years she and her husband Louis W. Gunning spent time between homes in Lake Isabella, California and Mesa, Arizona. She is survived by her three sons Gary, Gordon and Roger Gunning; seven grandchildren; Laura, Stephen, William, Catherine, Lisa, Heather, Wesley and one great-grandchild, Damiana. She was looking forward to the birth of her great-grandson in December. Her brother Charles and Sister Elsie Sanchez reside in Bakersfield, California. Dorothy was a self-employed hairdresser until her retirement. She attended Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mesa and loved spending time with family and friends. A memorial Rosary is being held at Hopson-Anspach Family Mortuary, Bakersfield, Saturday, October 14, 2006, at 2 PM. A private family burial is to follow at Union Cemetery.
