Domingo was born in Veracruz, Mexico to Thomas Balderrama and Sara Ignacio. Ignacio loved working, especially in agriculture. He was playful amongst co- workers and friends and really enjoyed their' company. Domingo was also a loving family man who cherished moments he spent with his family. Every Sunday he would take his family out to eat breakfast usually followed by a trip to the swap meet. Domingo appreciated traveling to many places, which included trips to the ocean, river, and mountains. While traveling to the river he would joke; "I'm like a shark when I swim", referring to his expert swimming skills. Domingo was 40 years old when he passed away on December 27, 2014 in Bakersfield, California. He will be missed by many. Domingo is survived by his wife, Blanca Rodriguez; mother ; Sara Ignacio; and children; Rosa Blanca Balderrama and Domingo Balderrama Rodriguez. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Balderrama. The mass of a Christian Burial was officiated by Father Jorge De La Torre at St. Thomas Catholic Church on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 11am. A visitation was held Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the Arvin Funeral Home Chapel from 2-8pm with a recitation of the Rosary at 7pm.
