Devin was the youngest brother born on February 23rd, 2020 in Bakersfield, California. Passed away on 12/31/2020 in Bakersfield, California. His preceding family are: Mother: Alice Hutchings (Bakersfield, Ca.) Father: Kevin Atha (Laughlin, Nv.) Brother: Vincent Hutchings Sister: Kayli Atha- And many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Family Friends that helped in raising him into the man he became to know and love. Devin had the experience of knowing true love at such a young age with Gracie his girlfriend. Devin just finished his first semester at CSUB, previously attending BCC for 2 years. His major was in Psychology and his minor was music which he later changed because he didn't want to play in the band at BCC. ;) Devin enjoyed being with his family as well as his friends. He had a great since of balance and love for all. His love for music was endless as he took guitar lessons starting at the age of 16. He loved his Korn, but he also enjoyed so many different styles of music…. Even a few country songs. Devin was such a gentle and kind soul, "Gentle Giant" some would say. He stood tall and always held his head high never looking down. For a brief five years Devin and his Mother lived in Carlsbad, Ca. and even though Devin made priceless memories there and new friends his heart was back here in Bakersfield to be with his Childhood friends. Devin will be truly missed by all that loved him but with all the memories of him, he will never ever be forgotten.
