Deborah Kay Debbie Sanders-Finn, 56 Debbie passed away in the presence of her loving family on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in Bakersfield, CA. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma on July 3, 1960. Debbie grew up and attended grade schools in Ada, Ok, and attended High School and graduated from Tupelo High School in 1978. She moved to Shafter shortly after her high school graduation and enjoyed her life in the Shafter and Bakersfield communities since 1978. Debbie was well known by all as a hard worker, starting her management career in the rose industry at Jackson & Perkins Rose Company; she continued her career in management at Lowes Home Improvement in shipping and receiving. She also obtained her cosmetology license, and was currently working as an administrator and care giver in a board and care facility. Debbie loved to care for others and had a special calling in this area! She filled so many needs in others lives, giving personal attention, love and care anytime anyone needed her! Debbie also loved to celebrate any occasion and she experienced her greatest pleasure by hosting parties for friends and family! She loved Lucille Ball and Nascar, and took every opportunity available to her to enjoy her hobbies! Debbie was fortunate enough to enjoy traveling to many areas of the United States and went on several cruises enjoying the company of family and friends as well. Debbie will be greatly missed, as we all have a void in our hearts from her passing. We are though comforted by knowing she is celebrating the ultimate occasion of being welcomed by our Lord and Savior into His arms, while being serenaded by her family singing Amazing Grace, as she slipped peacefully out of her earthly body into Heaven! Debbie was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Johnny W. Sanders, and William H. Misenhimer; aunt, Billye Hooser; cousin, Lisa Hooser-Reeves. She is survived by Joeseph Finn; her fur babies, Lucy, Desi & Gracie; grandmothers, Viola Misenhimer and Ermal Sanders; her parents, Johnny Sanders and Glenn & Phyllis Sanders; sister, Lori Crabb & family; brother, Bobby Sanders & family; bonus sister, Tammy Bliss & family; and her loving nieces & nephews; adoring aunts, uncles & cousins; three bonus daughters, Dana Towse & family, Tawny Mucci & family and Tabitha Blazich & family. Please come and join us in A Celebration of Life that will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 11:00am at the Elks Lodge located at 1616 30th Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301.
