Darryl Robert DeLattre 1966-2008 Darryl was born on October 18, 1966 to Patsy Heriford and William DeLattre. He graduated from Shafter High School, and resided in Bakersfield with his two daughters. He passed away on November 17, 2008 in Ensenada Mexico. Darryl was a strong minded person with a big heart and you always knew where you stood with him. He had a tremendous honesty and forthrightness that was one of his greatest qualities and made him who he was. He was always there for his family and friends. He never met a stranger, and had countless friends. Family meant everything to him. His heart was his daughters, whom he adored. They were his life. To know Darryl was to know a good time and a good laugh. Words cannot express how much he was loved and how much he will be missed. Darryl is survived by his parents Patsy Heriford and William DeLattre; his daughters, Meghan DeLattre, Cassidy DeLattre, and Ashlyn Hamm; his siblings, Rhonda Finn, Joe Finn and his wife Debbie, Bill Heriford, and Jeff Heriford; his nieces and nephew, Tabitha Blazich and her husband Robert, Tawny Mucci and her Husband Glenn, Tara Vlaovich, and Willie Heriford; and his great nieces Taylor Mucci and Chloe Blazich. He leaves behind many adoring aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as friends too numerous to count. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at 7th Standard Pentecostal Church of God 32186 7th Standard Road, Shafter, California. Following the service, a graveside service will be held at Shafter Cemetery, followed by a reception at 7th Standard Pentecostal Church of God.
