Danny Lawrence Wood was born in Long Beach, California, on September 9, 1952 to Martin Farmer and Arvilla Bergstron. Danny worked as a mechanic for 40 years building and repairing small motor and pumps. Danny "Smokey" Wood was 60 old when he passed away on May 31, 2013 in Visalia, California. He was a resident of Exeter, California. Danny Wood is survived by his sons Jake Wood, Matt (Krystal) Wood, Cody (Jenna) Wood; brothers Bill Farmer, Scott Farmer, and Richard Ellis; sisters Marlene Springer, Carrie Phillips, and Cathy Thibodeax; grandchild Tla Wood and special Aunt Runell Lewis. He is preceded in death by his parents Martin Farmer and Arvilla Bergstron; his siblings Tom Wood, Cheryl Wood and Richard Wood. A Memorial Service was held at Peters Funeral Home Chapel on Monday June 3, 2013 at 5pm.
