IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Daniel Leobardo
Rodriguez
June 28, 1969 – July 12, 2020
Daniel Leobardo Rodriguez, also known as "Big D" was born in Bakersfield, CA on June 28th, 1969 to Conrado and Herminia Rodriguez. He was the 4th child of 8 children. He graduated from Arvin High School in 1988. In 1994, at the young age of 25, he left Arvin to find a new life adventure and settled in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he attended school at Jimmy Swaggart Bible College. Daniel met the love of his life Amy White, whom he later married on January 9th, 1999. During his time in Louisiana, he worked for Jimmy Swaggart Ministries as a Facility Manager for 15 years. The two spent many years in Baton Rouge along with their fur babies, Henry, Ronnie and Athena before relocating to Harrison, Arkansas in 2015 where he worked as a Telecommunications Engineer for NARMC. Daniel enjoyed hunting, fishing, and visiting flea markets and antiquing with his wife. He loved to spend time with his dogs, who brought him so much joy. During his free time, he loved to talk to family and friends who were home in California. His favorite words of advice were, "No matter what you are going through, God understands and meets us where we are". Daniel gave his life to the Lord at a young age and ever since, he always made sure to share the love of God to those around him. He studied the Bible frequently and loved God with all his heart. On July 11th, 2020, Daniel went on to be with his savior, Jesus Christ. He is joined by his parents, Lalo and Herminia Rodriguez and his siblings, Eduardo and Maria Rodriguez. Daniel will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Amy and his 3 fur babies; along with his siblings; Lupe, Lala, Dalia, Rosie and Fermin, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. However, there is a rest assurance that Daniel is now basking in the Glory of God.
