Daniel was born in Bakersfield, California on January 26, 1956 to Laura Louise (Buhler) and Vernon Leslie Isaac. Danny was so well loved by all of his family and was proud of his close relationships. He graduated from Wasco High School in 1974 and attended trade school in Phoenix where he studied auto mechanics. Danny owned and operated Isaac Automotive until he began working for the Kern County Sheriff's Department before his transition to Wasco State Prison until his retirement in 2013. He made many friendships during his career and was well liked by his fellow colleagues. Danny enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and was cowboy at heart who loved his horses and country music. He was a busy man and was always working on something. He attended church at the Shafter Mennonite Brethren Church with his family and loved the Lord. Danny passed away on June 8, 2015 in Bakersfield California. He is survived by his mother Laura; wife Rita; son Garrett and his wife Jacque; daughters Melissa and husband Charles Yocum and Michelle and her husband Keith Petty; step children Erik his wife Beth Cooper and their children, Valerie her husband Jeremiah Regalado and their children, and Lindsey Pincoski; grandchildren Tayler, Ethan, Brendon, Avery, Maegan, Scotty, Aidan and Dylan; brother Rod and sister-in-law Cheryl Isaac and Stan and sister-in-law Cyndi Isaac; many nieces and nephews, friends and family. Danny is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Lori D. Isaac and his father Vernon Isaac. A Memorial service will be held at Shafter Mennonite Brethren Church on Saturday June 20, 2015 at 11am.
