Cynthia Hope (Burke) Thomasson was born on June 24, 1962 in Memphis, Tennessee. At an early age Cynthia moved to Arvin. Her decision to move to the quiet town rewarded her with a life filled with love and companionship alongside her husband John Thomasson and three children. On May 4, 2015, Cynthia passed away. She is survived by her husband John Thomasson; sons, Johnny Thomasson, Steven Thomasson, and Westley Hawkins; and five wonderful grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on May 7, 2015 at South Kern Cemetery at 10am.
