Cynthia Duvall- Shiflett was born in Bakersfield, California on July 20, 1960 to Jimmie Dee & Helen Marie (Shields) Duvall. Cindy worked as a Pharmacy Technician for 16 years. She enjoyed gardening, going to the beach and shopping. Many memories were had on her girls weekends with mom, her sister and niece and her trips for Christmas down south. Cindy was always known for stopping by her mom and dads house after work. She was a loving and spirited woman that will be dearly missed by all. Cindy passed away peacefully at home on April 15, 2014 in Bakersfield, California. She is survived by her husband Ron Shiflett; her parents Jimmie and Helen Duvall; sister Sandra Cope and husband John Cope; niece Breanne Cope; and nephew Brandon Cope A Graveside service was held at Shafter Memorial Park on Tuesday April 22, 2014 at 10am.
