Consuelo Solorio November 20, 1957 – October 7, 2010 Visitation for Consuelo Solorio will be held at Peters Funeral Home (844 E. Lerdo Highway) on Thursday, October 14, from 2:00 – 6:30 p.m. with the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at St. Therese's Church (300 W. Lerdo Highway). Funeral services will be held at St. Therese's Church on Friday, October 15, at 10 am. Interment will follow at Shafter Memorial Park. She is survived by her loving spouse, Rafael Solorio; sons, Jose, Eddie, and Gabriel Solorio; daughter-in-law, Julie Solorio; granddaughter, Ashley Solorio, as well as numerous family members and friends. Consuelo was a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She loved her family and always wanted to stay in contact with her nieces and nephews. We are grateful for the daily joy and laughs she brought to all of our lives. Even though she is finally at peace and can rest, she will be deeply missed.
