Connie went Home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2015. She worked very hard for her family and loved us with all she had. She can now rest in heaven with her parents and watch over us from above until we see you again. Connie is survived by her Husband, Anthony McCourt, her Sister Dottie Graves, her brothers Terry Vise and Jimmy Vise, her son and daughter in law Danny & Cheryl Lewis, her son David Lewis, her Daughter and son in law Sherry & Curtiss Knapp, her Daughters Jenny Fruchtl and Lesley Caulfield, grandchildren Amy McCombs, Zackary Lewis, CJ Knapp, Hailey Lewis, Makena Knapp, Aaron Fruchtl, Andrew Fruchtl, Haley Caulfield, Haven Caulfied and great grandchildren Katelyn, Olivia and Maddie. We would like to give a special thank you to her caregivers at Golden Living Center in Shafter and also for all the support we received from Sandy Wiggins. Viewing will be on Monday 12th from 2:00pm to 6:30pm at Peters Funeral Home, Shafter, CA. Graveside services will be on Tuesday 13th at 11:00am at Shafter Cemetery, Shafter, CA.
