It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Clell Keith Fullerton on January 12, 2026 in Bakersfield, California. Clell was born on May 6, 1934, in Hanford, California, to Ralph Fullerton and Mildred Clem. His journey through life was marked by an enduring love for his family and his passions. He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, and his legacy will continue to be felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Clell's marriage to his beloved wife, Frances Fullerton, spanned an incredible 68 years, a union that was both an inspiration and a foundation for their family. Together, they raised two sons and a daughter, Keith Fullerton, with his wife Kelley,  Alan Fullerton, with his wife Debbie, and Ann Fullerton. Clell was a loving grandfather to Trisha Mason, Heather Gordon, and Jacob Fullerton, his great-grandchildren; as well as, step grandchildren, and step great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Ruby Johnson, and brother, Raymond Stripling. He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Edgar Stripling.

A lifelong Dodger fan, Clell's enthusiasm for the game was infectious. His love for the team was more than just a pastime; it was a thread that connected him to his family. He loved to recount stories about his favorite team, and he raised a family of Dodger fans. His passion for country music, and George Jones in particular, reflect his roots and the simple life he led.

As we say goodbye to Clell, we not only mourn his loss but also celebrate the life he lived. His spirit, love, and memories will remain etched in the hearts of his family and friends.
