Claude Hillis Horton Sr. born on May 14, 1927 in Pryor, Oklahoma and passed from this earth on May 23, 2020 in Bakersfield, Ca at the age of 93. He is survived by his lovely wife of 72 years, Mary Maxine Horton. He leaves behind 6 sons, Ray, Sonny, Bobby (Teresa), Daniel (Ellen), Mike, Ben (Toni), one daughter, Gwen Furgerson (Kelvin), one awesome granddaughter Jodi Sanchez, 20 other grandkids and many great grandchildren. He has one living sister, Virginia Thompson from Texas and was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Claude was a foreman at McConnell Farms in Wasco, Ca for many years and worked in agriculture his whole life. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather to his family. He was a Christian man who went to church his whole life. He attended United Pentecostal Churches for many years and his current church was Sounds of Pentecost with Pastor David Downing in Wasco, Ca.
