Services were held Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter at 10 am for Clarice Sides, 75, who passed away July 23 in Los Angeles. Visitation was held Tuesday from 2-5 pm and Wednesday 2-8 pm at Peters Funeral Home. Pastor Gene Lawrence of Shafter Christian Fellowship officiated and burial was at Shafter Memorial Park. Clarice was survived by four children, Charline Williams, Tommy Sides, Dois Sides and Chris Sides; as well as many grandchildren and other loving friends and family members. She will be dearly missed.
