Christopher Wayne Rice was born June 10 1982, in Fessenden, North Dakota. He died from injuries sustained in an ATV accident December 18, 2011, in the Mojave Desert near Ransburg, California. Chris was a graduate of the University of North Dakota and currently employed as a Product Development Coordinator with Decker Outdoors Corporation. He is survived by his mother, Gretchen Bertsch; father, Wayne Rice; Sister, Jessica; brothers, Andrew, Jonathan, and Benjamin. A celebration of life Ceremony was held January 4, 2012, at Elings Park South Bluff, Santa Barbara, California.
