Charlotte Elaine Soto 79 years of age joined our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in Bakersfield California. Charlotte was born on March 8, 1941 in Slat Fork, West Virginia to the late Robert and Lorene Broughton. She was the oldest of four children. Two preceded in death, her brothers Dallas Lee and Kenneth. Also preceded in death her husband Salvador A. Soto and Stepdaughter Linda. She is survived by her son, Joseph Richard Allen Soto, including Stepchildren, Alfonso, Paul and Ruthie. Grandchildren, Joseph Jr., wife Stephanie, Jakob, wife Cassie and Jonathan. Great-grandchildren Easton and Stevie. Younger brother Charles, wife Diane. Her sisters Sharon, Yvonne and Linda Sister in Law Donna along with many nieces and nephews. Including her Best friend Gail Kramer. Charlotte moved to Bakersfield as child with her parents and siblings. She grew up and married Salvador Soto, together they had a wonderful family. Charlotte was a devoted wife and a nurturing mother, Grandma and great-grandma. She was blessed with family and friends that adored her. Her passion was taking care of her family and their home. She enjoyed her country music and watching old westerns on television. We will miss her tender personality and her beautiful smile. Until we reunite.
