IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charlotte Munger
Ogle
November 10, 1919 – March 9, 2016
Charlotte was born on November 10, 1919. Although her given name was Vera Ruth Charlotte Munger, everyone that loved her called her Sissy or Charlotte. She was born in Elm Springs, South Dakota to James Arthur Munger and Violet Mae Saxauer. She and her 11 siblings were raised in a log cabin with a dirt floor. Charlotte was married on September 16, 1942. She and Robert Knox Ogle were married 55 years. Since the death of Robert, Charlotte continued to celebrate their anniversary each year thereafter by going to a restaurant to enjoy a drink and dinner in their honor. Together they owned a business for over 50 years and enjoyed spending time at their home on the coast. Charlotte loved attending the performances and events of her great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing Bridge and continued to play until the week before she passed. Charlotte had an incredible sense of humor and more than anything, she loved spending time with her family. Charlotte's memory will be lovingly carried on by her Sister, Inez Veatch, Daughter, Pam Ogle: Granddaughter Kim Pedersen, her husband Don, and their children Garrett, Cole and Sydney. Other survivors include Son Robert Ogle Jr., his wife LaCretia, Grandson Brian Ogle and wife Vanessa and their children Hannah and Megan, Grandson Tony Ogle and wife Monica and their children Danica, Taylor, and baby, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
