Charlotte Carroll Burkhead 1954 - 2008 Charlotte was born August 5, 1954 in Bakersfield, CA. She passed away on September 8, 2008. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Sherman Burkhead, Sr.; children, Sherman Burkhead, Jr., Michelle Burkhead, Troy Burkhead; 12 grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Florene Walburn, Donna Carroll, Billy Carroll, Danny Carroll, Colleen Campbell, Rita Graham, and Debbie Sarver. She was preceded in death by her mother, Deresia Carroll. Viewing will be held Thursday, September 11, 2008 from 2 to 8 p.m. at Hopson-Anspaugh Family Mortuary, 620 Oregon Street, Bakersfield, CA 93305. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 12, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Arvin Cemetery, 15543 S. Vineland Road.
