Charlotte Ann Allison was born in Firebaugh, California on November 6, 1943 to Homer & Juanita (Thomas) Smith. She raised four children Brent, Steve, Danny and Jill. Charlotte worked in the Lancaster School District as a Custodian for 20 years. Charlotte was 69 years old when she passed away on September 4, 2013 in Lancaster, California. The Funeral Service was held at Peters Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday September 18, 2013 at 10am followed by internment at the Shafter Memorial Park.
