Celso was born in Tierra Blanca, Texas on March 6, 1946 to Cruz and Octavia (Garcia) Aguirre. He married Irma Alvarez and together they had three children. Celso worked in agriculture as a farm laborer for 33 years. He loved roosters and enjoyed spending his time fishing, or at the Casino. Celso was 69 old when he passed away on May 18, 2015 in Bakersfield, California. Celso is survived by his wife of 47 years Irma; son Celso Jr. and daughter-in-law Rosanna; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother Domingo and sister-in-law Dora; He is preceded in death by his daughters Amalia and Elsa Aguirre. The Mass of the Resurrection will be officiated by Father David Enriquez at St. Therese's Catholic Church on Friday May 29, 2015 at 10am. A visitation will be held at Peters Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday May 28, 2015 from 4-8pm.
