Carlos Ruiz Ochoa March 20, 1947 – November, 2009 Carlos Ruiz Ochoa was born on March 20, 1947 to Sara and Guillermo Ochoa in San Antonio Guaracha, Michoacan, Mexico. He was was a farm laborer for 48 years. He married Consuelo Ochoa and had four children. Carlos is preceded in death by his parents, Sara and Guillermo Ochoa and his cousin Guadalupe Valencia. He is survived by his wife Consuelo, sons, Victor Ochoa, Juan Ochoa, Miguel Ochoa y Roberto Ochoa. Recitation of the Holy Rosary was held at Peters Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 7 pm for Carlos Ruiz Ochoa, age 62, of Wasco, who passed away on November 29, 2009. Mass of Christian burial was Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at St. Johns Catholic Church. Father John Fluetsch officiated and interment followed.
