Carlos Cruz Morales was born December 3, 1987 in Sun Valley, California to parents Carlos and Elida (Morales) Cruz. He graduated high school in 2006, but he never stopped learning. Carlos had a thirst for knowledge and he spent much of his time reading and completing puzzles; he enjoyed crossword puzzles, but mathematics was his specialty. He loved watching The Simpsons and spending time with his family. He was loved dearly and will be missed. Carlos is survived by his parents, Carlos and Elida; his grandmother, Maria De Jesus Escobedo Morales; and his brothers, Rafael Cruz Morales and wife Gladis, Luciano Cruz Morales and wife Corina, and Ricardo Cruz Morales; 2 nephews, Alexander and Ethan, and close family, Eric and Luciana Cruz, and Elsa Morales. Carlos passed away unexpectedly at his home in Shafter, California on May 13, 2017. A viewing was held at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter on Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 4:00-8:00pm with Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00pm. Funeral Mass was held at St. Thereses Catholic Church in Shafter, California on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 10:00am. Services were officiated by Father Chummar Chirayath and interment followed at Shafter Memorial Park. Carlos muri inesperadamente en su casa de Shafter, California, el 13 de mayo de 2017. Una visin se llev a cabo en la funeraria de Peters en Shafter en jueves, 18 de mayo de 2017 de 4pm-8pm con el rezo del Rosario a las 6pm. Misa funeral se celebr en la iglesia catlica de St Therese en Shafter, California en viernes, 19 de mayo de 2017 en 10am. Servicios fueron oficiados por el padre Chummar Chirayath y entierro seguido en Shafter Memorial Park.
