Carl Damon Shugart was born in Bakersfield, California on September 13, 1972 and was raised in Wasco . Carl was known by many as Damon, Big Shug and Dangerous Dam.Damon was a Philadelphia Eagles fan who supported his team faithfully. He loved fishing , cooking listening to music and playing Domino's with his loved ones. He had a great love for his family and friends, especially his grandchildren they were his world. He fought with immense courage until his last day, on August 2, 2022 in Bakersfield. We imagine Damon was received by his father, Carl Shugart and brother, Jermaine Shugart who welcomed him into heaven with open arms and are all together again Laughing Listening to music and playing dominos. Damon is survived by his wife of 29 years, Krista His two daughters, Mariyah, Karyssa; & only son, Brandon; grandchildren, Kaiden, Ka'Myiah, DJ, Sye-Sye, Ma'Laiyah, Kh'Amari; mother, Pamela; sister, Kindra; special nephew, Cory; many cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.
