Brandon David Romero was born October 29, 1991 in Bakersfield, California and grew up in Wasco, attending Wasco elementary schools and graduating from Wasco High School with the Class of 2009. Brandon loved being with his family and playing with his sister, but like most teenagers, he enjoyed listening to music on his ipod and was an avid xbox gamer. Brandon was truly loved and will be missed by his family. his surviving family include his parents, Joel and Angela Garza; sister, Meagan Garza; grandparents, Alicia and Rafael Leyva; aunts, Cynthia Leyva and family and Brenda and Frank Villanueva and family; and many other loving family members including aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held Friday, October 2 from 2pm until 8pm with a prayer service at 6pm at Peters Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 5 at 11am at Wasco Memorial Park.
