Bonnie Pruitt 1923 – 2009 Our loving mother went home to be with the Lord Dec 13, 2009. There she will rejoice with husband Frank and son Benny. She was born in Rufe, OK. to Margaret and John Benson. She moved to California in 1954. She leaves behind four daughters: Judy Weaver and husband Roger of Shafter, Donna Pruitt of Shafter, Frankie Morris and husband Virgil of Bakersfield and Linda McCurdy and husband Terry of Bakersfield. 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She will be loved and missed by all that knew her. A special Thank You to Hoffman Hospice for the love and care they gave our mother. A Graveside service will be held Saturday Dec 19, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Shafter Memorial Park with words of comfort by Pastor Jim Glasco
