Bonnie Lou Leary was born in Boynton, Oklahoma on September 21, 1931 to Marion Ivan Leist and Minnie May Ballew. At an early age, Bonnie and her family, moved to Arvin, California where she attended the local schools. It was in Arvin, that Bonnie met the love of her life, and they spend many wonderful years together until his untimely death. Bonnie was more than a home maker, she had the home that made everyone feel safe and secure. No matter where she was, her warmth and devotion made a home out of the place. On June 1, 2015, Bonnie passed away in the comfort of her own home. Bonnie will be laid to rest at the South Kern Cemetery on June 4, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
