Billy Munoz passed away peacefully on January 22, 2020. He was born March 15, 1959 in Wasco, CA. to Maria Angela Alegria and Manuel Santoyo Munoz. Billy lived most of his life in Wasco, CA and lived 8 years in Lancaster CA. Billy graduated from Wasco High School in 1977. After high school he graduated from Bakersfield College with an Associates Degree in Business in 1979. In 1992 he met Anna they married in 3 months later on May 30th 1992 it was love at first sight for them. Together they had 2 children William and Eric Munoz. They were married for 27 years. Billy was an avid sportsman, diligent and supporter of his children as they played sports in grade school and at Shafter High School. Not only was he a great support for his children but also for other young men and women in the sports community. Billy was also the biggest Rams fan known. Billy is survived by his wife Anna, and 2 sons William and Eric. He is also survived by his siblings Delia Gonzalez, Albert Munoz, Severa Chacon, Eddie Munoz, Helen Orozco, Cecilia Myrie, and Christina Salinas. Billy is proceeded in death by his parents, Manuel and Angela Munoz and his brother Manny Munoz.
