On Thursday April 29,2021, Billy Ray Dunn ,loving son and brother passed away at the age of 65. Billy was born April 29, 1956 to William Edward and Opal Inez Dunn. He attended Lost Hills grade school and Wasco High school. He worked as a tow truck driver before entering into the catering business(he made the best tri tip in all of the county). He is preceded in death by both his parents and sisters Anna Armstrong, Ruby Benge,and Judy Dunn and nephew Nicholas Armstrong. He is survived by sisters Linda Rowden and Loretta Yarbrough,nephews and nieces, Timmy Dunn, Alex and Irma Ibarra,Alex Jr, Ibarra, Ruby Ibarra, Ramon Benge, Kevin and Tiffany Rowden,Leroy Rowden, Levi Rowden,Tina LeBlanc,Hunter Rowden, Greg Brown,Katie Brown,Megan Brown, Garrett Brown, Rick and Shelly Brown, Dalton Brown,Glen Armstrong, Melanie Armstrong, Abbey Covey, Geneva Armstrong, Ginger Armstrong,Nathan Armstrong, Pedro Armstrong, Gabby Dunn, Andrew Dunn, Sheianne Dunn, Shailah Dunn, Chris and Mindy Yarbrough Seth, Eli and Ben and Johnny Yarbrough., Jessica,Jordan, Julianna, Jenna and Jonathon Yarbrough.
