Beulah "Pat" Davis Beulah "Pat" Davis of Shafter passed away peacefully in Bakersfield on December 15, 2008. Pat was born on Feb 14, 1927 to Mr. William & Esther {Johnson} Buffington in Pedroni, CO. Pat Had served the city of Wasco for many years as the City Clerk and City Manager. When Pat wasn't working she was spending as much time as she could with her children and grandchildren. Pat was predeceased by her husbands Jack Packard and Clyde Davis. she is survived by her sons Bill Packard of Bakersfield, Charles Davis of TN., Clifford Davis of WA. and Dewayne Davis of KS.: daughters Jackie Patterson of Shafter, Vickie Lowe of Bakersfield and Patricia Hollman of MO.: 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
