Becky Lajean Hosman was born August 31, 1959 in Delano, CA to parents, Ray and Imogene Beason. She attended school in McFarland and graduated from McFarland High, where she stayed active as a cheerleader. Becky married Steve L. Hosman on March 31, 1979 in Wasco, CA. Her love of children led her to a career in Education; she was an encouraging woman who enjoyed seeing those smiling faces. Becky was gracious and humble, but she was also tough as nails; her health struggles showed just how strong her will was, she was a fighter. Becky was a very loving mother and a great cook; she enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her family. Becky is survived by her husband of over 40 years, Steve Hosman; daughters, Megan and Janel Hosman; her grandchildren, Braydon, Trinity, Clayton, Kobe, Dallas, Cherish and Mason; along with her siblings, Dennis Beason, Janice Eaton, Carey Beason and Stephen Beason. Becky passed away January 8, 2021 in Bakersfield, CA. A graveside funeral service will be held at Wasco Memorial Park on Thursday, January 14, 2021, beginning at 2:00pm. Pastor Ken Hosman will officiate.
