Arturo "Art" Rodriguez was born November 29, 1959 to Jose Margarito Rodriguez and Josefa Guadalupe Rodriguez in Bay City, Texas. Four years later, Arturo and his family would move to the city of Wasco, California, which he called home for the duration of his life. While growing up in Wasco, Arturo met Lamar Robledo and fell in love. Their commitment to each other would lead them to marry on 06/20/1981. Arturo and Lamar brought three children into the world, Marina, Sophia, and Gabriel. Arturo was an accomplished welder, fabricator, and handyman in the field of agriculture and oil for most of his life, but if you were to ask him what his greatest accomplishments were, he would say his children. He loved to BBQ and gather with family and friends, and enjoyed spending time with his grandkids. Arturo Rodriguez passed away on January 3, 2024, surrounded by all his loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Lamar Rodriguez, and his children: Marina Tackitt, Sophia Cruz, and Gabriel Rodriguez, as well as his grandchildren; Brothers: Javier Rodriguez, Hector Rodriguez, Israel Rodriguez, and Joey Rodriguez; Sisters: Josie Corona, Mary Ann Maldonado, Eulalia Garcia, Margaret Vento, Yolanda Fernandez, and Cynthia Rodriguez.

Arturo Rodriguez was an honorable and well-respected man amongst his family and friends, he always put his family first. He will be missed dearly.
