Arthur Hiram Scheer, Of Shafter California, born on July 12 1919 in Leddy, Oklahoma to Arthur Herman Scheer and Margaret Maggie Hieb, passed away peacefully at the age of 92, in Shafter CA. on December 15, 2011. He is survived by his daughter Linda McAdoo of Bakersfield California.
