Arlis Lee Biloff was born June 1, 1937 in Shafter, California to Elmer and Alice Biloff. He passed away July 11, 2017 in Shafter, California. He is survived by his son, Allen Biloff and his wife, Tracy and grandsons Zachary and Christopher Biloff from Flower Mound, Texas. Arlis attended Shafter schools and was a graduate of Monterey Bay Academy and Walla Walla University. He loved water and snow skiing, fishing at Camp Nelson and enjoying the cabin he built in Shaver Lake. A graveside service is Friday, July 14, 2017 at 9:30am at Shafter Memorial Park, Shafter, California.
