Apolonia Leyva October 06, 1946 – June 20, 2011 Apolonia Leyva was born on October 06, 1946, in Mexico to Giliberto Gonzalez and Luz Peres. She passed away June 20, 2011, in Bakersfield, CA. Apolonia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and we will miss her dearly. Apolonia is survived by her husband Antonio Leyva, sons, Jose Leyva, Guadalupe Leyva, daughters, Maria Leyva, Silvia Leyva, Marisela Leyva, and 16 grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Thursday June 23, 2011, from 2pm-9pm with Rosary at 7pm at Arvin Funeral Home, 600 Tucker Street, Arvin, CA, 93203. Services will be held at 9:00am on Friday June 24, 2011 at St. Augustine in Lamont, CA, with burial to follow at Arvin Cemetery.
